2 Early bird rates are available until 23:59 UTC on 31th January 2025. After this date, regular rates will only be available. Please register to conference before due date to benefit from discounted registration rates.

- Author registration closes Feb 2nd, 2025
- Early Bird deadline: January 31st, 2025
- GST is NOT included in registration rates.
- If you have extra pages, add the payment (150 AUD per page) for them by choosing “add a page”.
- Papers can be registered with regular and student registrations

Does each paper need a full registration or can I register several papers with one registration?
Number of papers against the type of registration is mentioned in the table above. You can present two papers using one regular or student registrations. -
I am a student. Can I register my paper at discounted registration rate? Yes, student registration includes discount rates.

If a student accompanies one professor that has a full registration, will the student receive an invitation letter for visa purposes? No. The student needs to register in order to receive a letter. Every registration is accompanied with VAL (Visa Assistance Letter).

I have registered for the conference, but have not received a Visa Assistance Letter. Please contact ICM'25 Secretary at: icm2025-secretariate@uow.edu.au. (please include Registration Confirmation #).
